Is StudioStack only for repeat clients?
No. It works for one-off shoots too. The same client record takes you from the first enquiry through the agreement, booking, delivery and payment, ready if they return.
How much does StudioStack cost?
StudioStack costs £22.49 per workspace per month, with a 30-day free trial and no card required to start. No VAT is charged. Stripe’s applicable payment processing and invoicing fees are separate.
What is StudioStack?
StudioStack is a photography CRM and studio management platform. It keeps enquiries, quotes, briefs, contracts, jobs, galleries and invoices together under each client, with a separate portal for sharing work and managing payments.
Can I schedule shoots with no end date?
Yes. A recurring series can run without an end date. Choose how far ahead jobs are created, then update one booking or future bookings when plans change. You can pause or end the series at any time.
Can one invoice include several delivered jobs?
Yes. Set an invoice cadence for each client, such as weekly or monthly. Choose whether delivered jobs, completed jobs or either are eligible for the next batch. You can hold a job back, prepare drafts for review or issue a batch early.
How do clients pay?
Clients can pay inside their portal through your connected Stripe account. Supported options include cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay on eligible devices, and bank transfers with automatic reconciliation where supported by your Stripe account. Cash and manual bank transfers can be recorded separately.
Do clients need an account to see their photographs?
Clients can use their private portal link to access shared galleries, bookings and invoices. You can protect portal access with a password. They do not need a photographer subscription.
Does StudioStack work on mobile?
Yes. The photographer dashboard and client portal are designed for mobile browsers, so you can check jobs and payments while clients view their work on their phones.
